Very Good
Hotel was good value for monet. It wasn't a five star resort, which I didn't expect anyway. The outdoor areas (beach and pools) were nice and clean.

Very Good
The water park with many slides and heated pools. There was a good variety of food. That you can use the facilities of three hotels incl the restaurants and pools so there is plenty of variety and space. Staff was nice.
The hotel needs a big renovation, the rooms are very outdated.

Below expectations
Food was good, staff were friendly
We went especially for the Aqua for kids but that was not working and they said in Winter it's only 3 days a week. Also, they said the pools are heated but they weren't and they said let's check the temperature and get someone but nobody came and they simply rely on the sun but in December that's something not reliable. Windows in the room were not closing 100% so it was really cold at night for the kids. Last thing, we didn't like that we need to go to the restaurant of another hotel branch (100m walk) every meal which was a bit annoying w kids.
